Arborescens. We have sold Invincibelle Ruby for years so maybe you already know the plant and flower appearance. This one blooms several weeks ahead of Invincibelle Ruby. The flowers  begin as dark burgundy and then transition to a deep-garnet pink. The dark green foliage has an attractive, glossy shine. The mature size is 2.5-3 feet tall and wide, so this hydrangea offers more front-of-the-border opportunities or can be lined out in between every other larger hydrangea. No mail order on hydrangeas.
