Zillis/Vanous 2010. A sport of Color a la Mode from the late Ed Elslager. +10″X 8″ leaves, wavy, oval, corrugated, starting yellowish in spring and changing to cream later with dark green center. Medium to fast growth rate. By August in the display garden the edges begin to dehydrate and then serve as slug and snail homes. We traced the heritage back to Color Fantasy and also Gala but don’t find any mention of problems there. May relocated the plants to less sun and see what happens. Display only for now,
