Hosta Happy Dayz is a sport of Bob Solberg’s 2002 Hosta “Orange Marmalade’ and was registered by Naylor Creek Nursery in 2014. This is a medium sized hosta at maturity in the range of 14″ tall X 32″ wide. The thick leaves begin as bright yellow interiors with dark, blue-green edges but the interior does fade during the season. The 20” tall scapes are yellow-green and lavender blooms are produced.
