Daylily Tetrina’s Daughter
Fay 1971. 38″-48″ tall, thick scapes. 5″ yellow blooms. Mid-season bloomer. Semi-Evergreen. Tetraploid. Fragrant. They clump quickly. Useful as a border plant in front of a woods row or pasture because they stand tall and produce abundant blooms. We have half a row in the propagation garden by the hosta display garden and a display between the first two maple trees in front of the hosta garden entrance. Many visitors use that area for photo opportunities. This daylily was a parent in the cultivar Notify Ground Control (C. Hanson 2000), one of the taller daylilies.
