Rasmussen 1998. 28″ tall scapes.  6″ blooms, deep lavender with a heavy gold edge and green to yellow throat. Blooms mid-season. Semi-Evergreen. Tetraploid. 18 buds, 4 branches. Fragrant. An award winner. This one sold out during the first half of the 2023 season and then in July the rains began and our fields were under 21 feet of water. Towards the end of the summer, we took what we had left and lined them out on higher ground. It has become so popular that even if it reproduces well during 2024, we know we won’t have enough to fill previous orders. As such we aren’t selling any this year although we will try to fill orders from early summer last year in the order they arrived.
