Daylily Hyperion
F. B. Mead 1924. 42″-44″ tall scapes. Dormant foliage type. Diploid. Very fragrant, canary yellow (lighter than lemon yellow), noticeably thin petaled blooms. Often seen near old Vermont barns and farmhouses. Use care as there are a number of imposters out there. Ours is the real deal. Stout Awards 2006 and 2011.
