Contrasts well with any brilliant, clear orange daylilies that bloom mid-season too. Today as I update our website, downy woodpeckers, hairy woodpeckers, and a single pileated woodpecker, currently thought to be the biggest woodpecker left in North America, are all on our suet cages outside my office window.
