A 1987 introduction named after the small Maine town where Dr. Joseph Barth raised a family as well as daylilies which he gave away to members of his town and church. Abundant 7″ yellow blooms with a red halo and green eye. An early to midseason bloomer here that is fragrant and also nocturnal. 36″ tall. A good clumper/fast grower so great for along walkways or drives or some distance away at field borders as the large plants that certainly catch attention.
