Nick Barth 2011. 34″ tall scapes, 5.25″ bright yellow blooms with maroon eye zones and a green-yellow throat. Dormant. Tetraploid. Registered at 13 buds, 2 branches. If you know the daylily Fooled Me, which is one of the parents, you’ll understand the color here. As with Barth daylilies, this is a vigorous grower and clearly New England hardy. This one is always popular! Available potted at the farm but there are two short rows in the lower garden by the Hosta display to have an opportunity to see how large the plant grows to in short order.
