This is the tetraploid form of ‘First Frost’. ‘Ben Vernooij’ has thicker leaves than ‘Autumn Frost’. As hostas sport and more growers hybridize and use tissue culture for mass producing popular plants, we are seeing some more similarities in new releases. Medium.
