Arthur Wrede 2005. Origin:  ‘Miss Susie’ seedling. Hosta Library reports this hosta as “one of the first introductions of Arthur Wrede’s “Red Petiole Breeding Program”.
A medium-sized mound of bright gold foliage with sharply contrasting rich red petioles.” Leaves are 7″ X 4″.  24″ tall scapes have tubular, striped, lavender flowers….quite a contrast—bright yellow, red, lavender!
