Hosta Grand Tiara
John Machen, Jr./Ali Pollock 1991. A ‘Golden Tiara’ sport. A small-sized hosta and the best of the Tiaras in our opinion. Narrow green centers with broad, folded yellow/chartreuse margins 2 to 3 times as wide as the parent ‘Golden Tiara’. Lots of substance and the deep lavender flowers flood the plants with color. There are many Tiaras” out there but be sure to include this one in your gardens. It’s a vigorous grower, easily divided any time to give to a friend and those patches of dark lavender will work well with your other perennials. Very limited in 2024 and only available at the farm as much of our stock washed away.
