Paul Aden 1986. A medium-sized hosta with bright green leaves, glossy, wavy, heart-shaped. 14-16″ tall scapes with very fragrant, light lavender flowers. We have never been certain of the name. No, that’s the registered name all right, but here at our Marshfield locations we have found that insects, slugs and snails love its thin leaf structure, especially if it begins to dry out. Just the same, between sports and progeny there are 40 registrations so it must do better elsewhere.
