Klehm 1995. 32″-34″ tall scapes. 6″ blooms, tomato red blend with a golden-green throat. Recurved petals with minor pie crust ruffles. Dormant. Tetraploid. Mid-season to Late season bloomer. Holds the sun quite well.  When we say “tomato red blend” we’re thinking of the red on the Campbells Tomato Soup can. Agree? George read once that there are about 90,000 “reds” in the world of daylilies. This is one shade.
