Griesbach-Klehm 1979. 28″-30″ tall scapes. 6″ blooms of an unusual brown blend. Dormant. Tetraploid. Mid-Season bloomer here. For years few gardeners sought a brown daylily but over the past several years this one has sold well. It’s one of the collection of daylilies with bird names these two hybridizers introduced. There’s a great example in the daylily display garden half way down on the right. Available potted in the retail area.
