Daylily Boothbay Delight
Large 6″ pink lavender blooms with a white midrib, and green yellow throat. Introduced in 2003 by Nick Barth, this 34″-36″ tall daylily is a late bloomer that draws considerable attention by year 3 due to scape and bud count. A great grower like all Barth daylilies. Available potted and also field dug if this year’s supply of pots gets low. Gail and Alex bought in 24 Barth daylilies 6 years ago and of those, this one was selling almost from day one. If you happen to visit Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens you will see a giant clump of Boothbay Delight growing down near the pond on the way to the Children’s Garden.
